• The appointment was cancelled by our team due to unavailability.
• The doctor did not arrive and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
• The service booked was not provided due to internal scheduling issues.
• If eligible, refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Last-minute cancellation by the user (within 2 hours of scheduled time).
• Inaccurate address or unavailability of patient at location.
• Refusal to accept service upon doctor arrival.

4. Refund Process
